Binder Eruu, or Rashaan Rock, is a rocky section of Binder Mountain in the Batshireet Sum area. There were numerous findings, including artifacts from the Paleolithic, Mesolithic, and Neolithic Stone Ages, deer stones from the Early Bronze Age, and Mongolian tombs from the Hun and Kidan Empires. On the Rashaan rock, there are many paintings of animals, humans, and carvings of tribe stamps that have been used for generations, as well as Arabian-Persian, Chinese, Tibetan, and Mongolian scripts. The soil structure was discovered to have four strata after an excavation.
A memorial with deer descriptions on four sides and another without descriptions is located 950 meters away from the rock. Their dimensions are 195:30 cm, with 12 tiny and large tumuluses surrounding the monuments.
Since 1998, the monastery of Ugtaal Sangiin Dalai has continued to execute its activities under state protection.
